CEVAD OZTUG – Chairman of the Board
Cevad OZTUG, who was born in 1969, is married and have one child. Have advanced level of English knowledge. Graduated from AAAL high school in 1987 and continued his education uninterruptly at Middle East Technical University, Civil Engineering department for B.Sc., M.Sc. and Phd. Studies. Completed Department of Economics as the second university education. Professional sportsman as a Turkish national team player.

His professional carrier as a civil engineer:

  • More than 25 years of engineering and management experience both on site and home office activities for industrial, housing, mass housing, commercial buildings and hospital construction projects as well as infrastructure, road & utilities network projects in the international arena.
  • Experience includes contracts administration, cost control, planning, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, estimation, quantifying, project management, quality control, quality assurance, construction Health & Safety, GIS, Design – Built process. This experience includes extensive hands-on work in international environments with full project management, familiarity with ISO, OSHA, OHSAS, TS, EC, DIN, BS & US codes, UFGS and COE specs., FIDIC, ARAMCO specs, Energy sector regulations.
  • Extensive experience in the international work theatre with multi-national projects organization and execution under most undesired conditions such as weather, soil, safety, security, logistics.
  • High management skills with advanced computer and linguistic capabilities.
  • Managed projects of more than $ 1 billion in total at a time as a General Manager from start to finish.
  • Managed projects of more than $ 500 million single project value at a time as a Project Manager from start to finish.
  • Capability of forming a project management team as well as intermediate level experts, supervisors and managers.
  • Daily life experience of working with a crew of 10’000 individuals from 34 different nationalities at a time in all levels. EKMEL OZTUG – Vice Chairman of the Board
Ekmel OZTUG was born in Eskisehir/Turkey in 2 March 1972. Graduated from Ankara Yukselis College in 1990. Completed Civil Engineering Department for B.Sc. at Yıldız Technical University in 1995.

Has more than 20 years of engineering and management experience mainly abroad such as Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia and Romania.

Having been in charge as manager for every stage of a project such as estimation, scheduling, procurement, mobilization, contract management, project management, quality control, health and safety, technical office works, claims, variation orders and hand over.

Mainly experienced in EPC and LSTK projects.

Served as an executive manager for multi-national and multi-disciplinary (civil superstructure/infrastructure, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation) projects.

Worked with The U.S. Arrmy Corps of Engineers, Aramco, Hill International, Aecom, SBG, Saudi Oger, RIC, GOSI, Jabal Omar, JSDP, Saudi Consult companies during execution of the projects.

Married and having 1 daughter.
